"Response time was frustrating"
Not gonna lie, using x was disappointing for me. The response time was way slower than I expected, even for simple replies, and by the time I finally got a response I had already lost interest. It also kind of feels like if something goes wrong or you need help quickly, there’s no one really there. Overall, just a frustrating experience.

"Helpful for Emails, but Not Perfect"
I’ve been using this mostly to help with emails, and it does make writing and replying a lot easier. Sometimes it misses the context a bit, so I still have to double-check and tweak things before sending. A friend recommended it to me, and overall I’m glad I tried it—it’s useful, just not something I’d rely on blindly...

"Not Great on Mobile"

"Pretty smooth getting started"
Onboarding went smoothly for me overall. I did spend a bit of time poking around trying to figure out a few settings, but it wasnt anything too frustrating. I was up and running the same day, so I'd say it was a solid experiance

"Pretty solid most of the time"
It’s been reliable for me so far. I did have one small outage in the middle of work, which was a little annoying, but it didn’t last too long and whatever they did to fix it seemed to happen quickly. So yeah, overall, not much to complain about.

"Decent tool, but support was kind of a letdown"
I don’t hate the tool, it’s decent and does what I need most of the time. But at the same time, the support experience was really frustrating. I sent in a question and waited days before getting an actual response. When they finally got back to me, the answer felt rushed and didn’t really solve the problem. So yeah, I’d probably still use the tool, but I can’t say I’m impressed with the support.

"Sharing stuff got confusing fast"
I thought sharing things would be straightforward, but it got confusing really quickly. I’d start trying to send something to someone and then, wait, why are there so many options?, I’d end up second-guessing what I was doing. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it definitely wasn’t as simple as I expected.

"and it made time zones such a pain"
i wanted this to make scheduling with people overseas easier, but it just ended up stressing me out. It kept showing odd times, one call got booked an hour off, and another had one time in the email but a different one on my calendar. After that, I pretty much stopped trusting it

"Pretty easy to change my x.ai plan, right?"
I changed my x plan and it was straightforward. I didn’t run into any hidden fees or weird surprises, which is always nice, right? It did take me a minute to find the billing page, but once I got there, everything was easy enough. Overall, totally fine experience

"Not flexible at all"
I kept hoping they’d be a little more willing to work with me, but nope. Every time I needed even a small bit of flexibility, it felt like a hassle. give me a break, it shouldn’t be that hard to accommodate basic requests.

"I really wanted this to make…"
I really wanted this to make my calendar easier, but it kept putting meetings in the wrong time zone. Then it double booked me twice, which was the last thing I needed. I ended up going back in and fixing everything myself, and at that point I was thinking, why am I even using this? Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just created more cleanup.

"Calendar sync just doesn’t work for some reason"
For some reason, the calendar sync keeps failing on me. I’ve already missed two meetings because of it, and it’s getting really frustrating.

"Felt Like Just Another Ticket"

"Didn't really save me much time"

"Slack and Google Drive kept failing…"
Slack and Google Drive kept failing on me, and when I reached out for help, support basically just told me to reconnect them again. That was the first thing I had already tried, so it felt like they didn’t really listen to the issue. Frustrating when all I needed was someone to look a little deeper.

"Setup Was honestly Frustrating"
The setup was kind of a Mess. I thought it would be quick and straightforward, but I kept getting stuck on really basic stuff, and the instructions didn’t really Help. After about an hour of trying, I just gave up.

"Pretty handy for everyday automation"
I’ve been using x mainly to handle small daily tasks, and it’s been useful. For the most part, things run smoothly and it saves me from doing a bunch of repetitive clicking around. It does occasionally get a little mixed up when the task is more specific, so I still like to double-check the results before fully relying on it. But overall, I’m happy with it. If you’re looking for a solid automation tool and don’t mind keeping an eye on it now and then, I’d say it’s worth trying.

"I gave x a try, but I ended…"
I gave x a try, but I ended up deleting my account after a short time. The privacy details felt a little vague to me, and I wasn’t comfortable with how much personal information it seemed to ask for. Even small things, like not being totally clear on what was being stored or how it might be used, made me uneasy. It might be perfectly fine for other people, but I personally wouldn’t use it for anything private. I also reached out to support, and their response didn’t really make me feel any more confident.
